Ten thousand suns is a single line of material played in “canonical” form. Each instrument is being treated as a soloist, and most of the time they are not intended to be synchronized. This technique will build a dense kaleidoscopic texture of colors and sounds result of the spontaneous and unique interactions of all the instruments and their inner gestures which will always be changing and will never react in the same way.
